Key Dates In The Florida Product Approval Submittal Process:
- Submittal Deadline – Applicants must have your product uploaded to the state system by this date as listed on the website above.
- + 1 Week Completion Deadline Date – Typically 1 week after submittal, date for final revisions & clarifications to submittal
- + 1 Week Public Comments Posted
- + 1 Week – Deadline for Public Comments
- + 1 Week – Final Report Submitted to the State DBPR with recommendations for approval
Overall, an approval is granted ~ 4 weeks from the submittal deadline.
