Key Dates In The Florida Product Approval Submittal Process:

1. Submittal Deadline – Applicants must have your product uploaded to the state system by this date as listed on the website above.
2. + 1 Week Completion Deadline Date – Typically 1 week after submittal, date for final revisions & clarifications to submittal
3. + 1 Week Public Comments Posted
4. + 1 Week – Deadline for Public Comments
5. + 1 Week – Final Report Submitted to the State DBPR with recommendations for approval

Overall, an approval is granted ~ 4 weeks from the submittal deadline.
