As of November 1, 2024, All building departments in Broward county require files submitted to their online permitting portal to be formatted differently.

This option is only available for those who have contacted us prior and has been approved for expedition. This bring the express time from 24 hours down to 4 hours.

Did your order expire and you do not want to pay for a whole new order? Please note we will only grant the use of this extension once per company.

The Building departments in Broward County have a new update to their submittal portal that requires drawings to be formatted differently than our normal processes.

For drawings that are awaiting approval by the building department, some cities like to add a seal (or stamp) to the upper-right corner of each page within the plan. (This does not refer to text documents such as LOI, applications, notification letters, etc).

Each page will have its own digital signature on the file. Please note this option does not apply to our Technical Evaluation Reports (TERs).
