Wood Swing Gate On Steel Frame Performance Evaluation

This certification applies to a single or double wide wood gate attached to welded steel tube up to a 6′ high by 12′ wide double swing gate at grade for Stockade, Shadowbox, Board-on-Board, or Horizontal Slat configurations. This document has been designed to meet the requirements of the selected Building Code and, upon ordering, will be signed and sealed by a Professional Engineer of the firm. Use it along with your other project documents to obtain a building permit. It is generic, and installations beyond the scope and limitations of this document shall require site-specific engineering (Former Plan #20-34765)

This engineer-sealed plan has been designed to meet the requirements of the selected  Building Code across the US and inside and outside the HVHZ in Florida (All of Florida, including Dade & Broward Counties).
