Gate Operator and Access Device Footer Performance Evaluation

This certification applies to a Gate Operator and Access Device Footer for various gate access systems and controls, including gate arm, motorized swing gate, and access control box. This document has been designed to meet the requirements of the selected Building Code and, upon ordering, will be signed and sealed by a Professional Engineer of the firm. Use this Gate Operator performance evaluation report in conjunction with many of our swinging gate and fence plans for a complete perimeter solution fitting many needs, along with your other project documents to obtain a building permit. It is generic, and installations beyond the scope and limitations of this document shall require site-specific engineering (Former Plan #20-35538)
