This fence performance evaluation report certifies various installation conditions for Eastern Metal Supply’s Mechanical Aluminum Picket Fence and Gate. It certifies a surface mounted, core drill, or soil burial installation for an above-grade condition up to 6′ height. This document has been designed to meet the requirements of the selected Building Code and, upon ordering, will be signed and sealed by a Professional Engineer of the firm. Use it along with your other project documents to obtain a building permit. It is generic, and installations beyond the scope and limitations of this document shall require site-specific engineering (Former Plan #21-35588)
This engineer-sealed plan has been designed to meet the requirements of the selected Building Code across the US and inside and outside the HVHZ in Florida (All of Florida, including Dade & Broward Counties). Use it along with your other project documents to obtain a building permit.
