I received a comment from the city / building department / plan reviewer on an online plan. What do I do?

FIRST:  Get the permit # & plan reviewer’s contact information.

THEN: Get the comments IN WRITING.

LAST:  Provide us with our order # (for online orders) or Project # (for site-specific ExpressPass orders).

Forward that information to [email protected].  We are not going to be able to help you without ALL the above information.

Note:  comments that request additional work that was not part of our project scope may be subject to additional fees which will be discussed with you before the additional work begins.
